Keeping the TRC’s calls to action along with the FPPL in mind while starting a journey as a teaching professional is the most meaningful approach to take while being susceptible and malleable in the first few years. I would expect it to be difficult to change one’s ways as a seasoned teacher or tenured veteran in any industry; and that’s why it’s so important to enshrine daily efforts to accommodate the calls and principles in daily practices.
