The Professional Standards handbook should be near and dear, and top of mind for BC Educators. While it wouldn’t be expected to memorize and recite all five pages, having an acute awareness of the nine principles and understanding the spirit behind each is not only expected but imperative so one would know when to review in detail if ever conflicted.
